Gay has been a real estate broker in the Chatham area for the past 29 years.  She has served as Chairman of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) tours in both Chatham and Harwich and was on the Executive MLS Board for several years.  She has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations from the National Association of Realtors.  Gay has listed and sold many millions of dollars of real estate and has a career-long reputation for fairness, confidentiality and integrity. Her professional standards have resulted in long-term repeat and referral customer relationships.

 Gay and her husband, David, both summered on the Cape as Children and decided to settle in Chatham and raise their two children, David and Kate.  When her children were younger, Gay was an active volunteer in the Chatham Public School system.  She has been a member and served on boards of the Friends of Eldredge Public Library, the Chatham Historical Society, Stage Harbor Yacht Club as well as President of the Friends of Monomoy Theatre and the Chatham Platform Tennis Association.  She has served on fund-raiser committees for the Cape Cod Visiting Nurse Association and the Cape Cod Commercial Hook Fisherman Association.

 Gay’s approach to working with buyers and sellers of  real estate has been shaped by her love and respect for the quality of life on the Cape.
